We have a bear bar closing on its low. The trader will sell with a stop below the low of that bar, betting that we’re going to go down quite a bit. So he’s betting that the breakout below this bar will be successful, that the market will fall enough for him to make a profit. But that doesn’t always happen.
Also in order to minimize the overshoot of the filter a correction has been added to the output now being output = y + 1/poles * b.
